“ I just can't get with the program. It's my loss because Bells/Barbers West is perhaps the best haircut in Summit County. I am a walk in type of customer. I first used this place when it opened and was a faithful customer till it switched to appointment only. I ended up using other shops of lesser quality just for the walk in convivence. Nothing but praise for the quality of the haircut at Bells. I wish they would at least have one day a week that was open to walk ins. ”
